Move-In, Move-Out, and Break Information

Whether you’re arriving on campus, 搬出去, or ready to head home for the break period, we want to make y我们的 arrival and departure experience as simple as possible.

夏天

夏天 Session 1: May 12-June 29, 2024

夏天 Session 2: June 30-August 16, 2024

夏天 Full: May 12-August 16, 2024

Please be aware the above dates reflect when the summer residence hall(s) open and close for summer housing, not the first and last day of any scheduled classes for those sessions.

夏天 school housing is available for on-campus students during this time frame. A supplemental contract is required and additional charges for housing and dining will apply. For additional details about summer housing 访问我们的暑期住房网站.

秋天早到

2024年8月17日

Fall 2024 early arrival is available to students who need to arrive before the traditional fall 2024 move in due to assisting with fall opening activities and employment. A supplemental application is required, and additional housing/dining costs are associated with approved early arrivals.

秋季入学

2024年8月22日- 24日

感恩节假期

2024年11月27日- 12月1日

All university residence halls will remain open through the 2024 感恩节假期, 免费, 11月27日至12月1日, 2024 for residents who choose to remain on campus. Please be aware that on campus services may be limited or unavailable during this break period.

Additional information about 感恩节假期 will be available in October 2024.

秋季学期结束

2024年12月13日晚8点.m.

Unless signed up for a fall one-night extension and/or winter break housing, students should vacate their rooms within 24 h我们的s of their last exam or by 8 p.m. 2024年12月13日星期五. All university residence halls will be closed during the 2024-25 winter break (December 14-January 9) for residents not signed up for winter break housing.

Additional information about fall semester closing will be available in October 2024.

寒假

December 14, 2024 – January 10, 2025

Winter break housing is available for on-campus students during this time frame. A supplemental application is required, and additional housing costs are associated with approved winter break contracts. Please be aware that on campus services may be limited or unavailable during this break period.

春季入学

新生:1月9日 & 2025年10月(暂定)

回国学生:1月11日 & 2025年12月(暂定)

Unless signed-up for 2024-25 winter break housing, all university residence halls will open for the spring semester in January. New on-campus students for spring 2025 will check-in January 9 and 10 and returning students will be able to return on January 11 and 12.

Additional information about spring move-in will be available in November 2024.

春假

2025年3月9日- 15日(暂定)

All university residence halls will remain open through the 2025 spring break without an additional housing charge for residents who choose to remain on campus. Please be aware that on campus services may be limited or unavailable during this break period.

Additional information about spring break will be available in February 2025.

春天迁出

2025年5月2日晚8点.m. (初步)

All university residence halls will close for the spring 2025 semester on May 2, 2025. Students should vacate their rooms within 24 h我们的s of their last exam or by 8 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025; whichever comes first.

Additional information about spring break will be available in March 2025.

2025年5月3日- 5月9日(暂定)

Temporary housing is available for students after the spring 2025 semester close. Students may be required to move from their spring assignments if their hall is not being utilized for May break housing. A supplemental application is required to sign-up and students will be responsible for additional housing costs. Please be aware that on campus services may be limited or unavailable during this break period.
